jackbenny loves you this holiday!

Happy Valentine’s Day!

On Tuesday night, months of research and arranging-orchestrating magnificently culminated with Musik! Fantasie! Revolution!, our Weimar Berlin collaboration with the LA Philharmonic at Black Rabbit Rose. Continued thanks to Julia Ward, Stephanie Barron, and Nana Bahlmann for affording this dream come true! We hope to present this program again in the future, and stay posted for our next Sondheim venture with the Phil in May!

Benny and I relaxed yesterday and half today, but are now directing our energetic efforts to And On the 366th Day, jackbenny's upcoming Leap Day bonanza Saturday, February 29, 8p at Luckman Fine Arts Complex. Our sophomore appearance at their Intimate Theatre will spangle with both brand new and favorite originals, plus one number from Musik! Fantasie! Revolution!, since it sold out within an hour and we’re sehr sehr proud of it. At last year’s It’s National See-a-Show Day!, management hurriedly added rows of seating to accommodate our oversold house—and thus we urge you reserve now before this one sells out too at luckmanarts.org, (323) 343-6600, or at the box office (5151 State University Dr, Los Angeles).

And we announce that Aubry Bratcher has won our Early Bird Can Catch an Earworm Sweepstakes! Congrats, and Benny and I look forward to a meal with you :)

Hope to see you Angelenos at the Luckman, and New Yorkers March 23 and 30 at Club Cumming! ’Til then.

Love,

Jack
